Avocado Oil (unrefined - 250ml)

This beautiful oil is derived from avocado fruit (Persea americana) – this is a cold-pressed oil that is derived by sun-drying, washing the fruit, and pressing it at a low temperature to extract the oil in the heart of South Africa. All the avocado fruit’s natural properties are retained since it is not processed and extracted at low temperatures without solvents. This oil is high in antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial properties that will help with dermatitis, eczema, dry, flaky skin, and scalp and stretch marks amongst other things. This oil is thin and absorbs quickly into the skin and soothes and protects by absorbing UV rays – a great addition to your sunscreen lotions.

This oil is high in;

Vitamin E – antioxidant preventing cell damage due to free radicals and sun damage, nourishes the hair and scalp promoting overall healthy hair and scalp health.

Potassium – moisturizes the skin, promotes regeneration of the skin, balances the hair’s pH, and promotes blood circulation essential for healthy hair growth.

Lecithin – emollient that soothes and moisturizes the skin making it feel smooth, promotes healthy, shiny, and silky hair, and supports the regeneration of hair.

Oleic acid – promotes collagen production, growing new skin cells, enhancing the healing process from sunburn and scars, reducing water loss from the hair, softening it, and promoting a healthy scalp balance.
